As with the previous title, Lust From Beyond will take place in an old Victorian mansion. However, this time the story will unfold from the point of view of a new cultist, rather than someone trying to break in and rescue a kidnapping victim.
While the trailer doesn’t show much in terms of gameplay, the ending does seem to indicate that Lust For Darkness’s main character, Amanda, will make a return. Only time will tell if Lust From Beyond will bring back its predecessor’s frequent shifts between Earth and the Lovecraftian realm of Lusst’ghaa.

Teasing fans with what’s to come, developer Movie Games Lunarium stated that Lust From Beyond will be a psychological horror title focused on the occult. It will have heavy erotic themes and promises a “realistic world full of desire, fascination and fear.”
Games Lunarium also had this to say about the plot of the impending sequel:
While fans are already asking for console ports of Lust From Beyond, only a PC release via Steam is confirmed at this point. Additional details are expected to arrive in the coming weeks as development updates are released via the game’s Facebook page.
Victor learns the cult’s life from within, getting lost in its blasphemous and sexual customs. Pleasures of this world are soon not enough. The cultists, following Victor’s visions, attempt to enter Lusst’ghaa - the Land of Ecstasy beyond the borders of our reality.
